(B) Appearance quality inspection standard (through observation inspection): No part shall have decay, mold, blisters, board edge defects or fuzzing, and the delamination of single boards shall not exceed 0.001m2 per square meter, and the contaminated area shall not exceed 0.005m2 per square meter.
(C) Specification and size standards:
① Length detection method: Use a steel tape measure to measure 3 and 1 points on the long and short sides at a distance of 20mm from the board edge, and take the average of 8 points; The difference between each measuring point and the average value is the deviation.
② Width detection method: Use a steel tape measure to measure the length and width of each board at a distance of 100mm from the edge, and take the average value.
③ Angle line difference detection method: Use a steel tape measure to measure the difference between two diagonals.
④ Warpage detection method: Use a steel ruler to measure the diagonal length, and use a wedge-shaped feeler gauge (or steel tape measure) to measure the chord height between the steel ruler and the board surface. The ratio of the latter to the former is the degree of warping.
